Cyprus debuts in Etihad Holidays' world deals
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, April 13 - 2009 at 12:37
- PRESS RELEASE
Etihad Holidays, a division of Etihad Airways, has announced special deals to Cyprus as part of its latest vacation packages covering some of the most spectacular corners of the world.
Three nights accommodation at the luxurious Elysium, a five star deluxe hotel with picturesque views. With a world-class spa on offer and the 'Tombs of the Kings' within walking distance, this package is the ideal getaway to one of Cyprus's most treasured locations.
A day trip around the bustling capital Nicosia also offers the perfect opportunity for enthusiastic shoppers to take in the 19th century 'folk neighbourhood' with its souvenir shops and tavernas.
Tony Gauci, head of Etihad Holidays, said: "Cyprus is a wonderful travel destination which offers such an exciting mix of activities as well as relaxation for those wanting to just enjoy some time away to recharge. With its sunshine, stunning blue waters and true Cypriot hospitality, we are delighted to be bringing great holiday deals to this part of the world for our customers."
A Greek or Turkish adventure is also available with holiday deals to Athens and Istanbul.
Whether its art, history, archaeology or nature that's of interest, Istanbul is a city that offers an unforgettable holiday experience.
All Etihad Holiday hotels in Istanbul offer complimentary breakfast and airport transfers as well as a free half day boat cruise on the beautiful Bosphorus. Separating Europe and Asia, the traditional excursion along the Bosphorus offers views of old wooden villas, marble palaces, fortresses and small fishing villages which line the banks of the river.
Other offers across Europe include three nights in the three-star Mercure Paris Montmartre. Or if discovering the magic and excitement of Disneyland in Paris is on the agenda then a three night stay in Disney's Santa Fe.
If it's the Alps, lakes and fondue that takes your fancy, then the latest Swiss deals includes three nights at Le Warwick in Geneva.
Frankfurt is another hot Europe destination with three nights accommodation at the Le Meridien Park hotel while the beautiful German city of Munich also provides plenty of holiday opportunities.
Also included in the promotion are deals to Sydney and Melbourne, with four nights at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
If it's Asia that is calling, Etihad Holidays has packages to Thailand and Malaysia on offer.
Etihad will launch flights to Istanbul on 1 June, Athens on 2 June and Larnaca on 14 June.
