- PRESS RELEASE
Visa, the world's leading payment organisation, recently announced the inauguration of its latest promotional campaign which is especially tailored to fit the sophisticated tastes of diamond lovers in Jordan.
For the duration of the campaign, cardholders can buy a variety of diamond-encrusted jewellery of their choice from any of the four Damas showrooms in the Kingdom for only half of the original price.
This opportunity is open to any cardholder paying with their Visa or Visa Electron card, at anytime throughout the period of the campaign.
Commenting on the promotion, Area Manager of Visa of the Levant and Qatar, Mr. Tony Gougassian said, "At Visa, we are always on the lookout for fresh ideas that provide our cardholders with ultimate experiences. We uphold a unique reputation, as not only do we offer cardholders safe, convenient, and easy payment solutions, but we also provide our clients with added value, through such exceptional promotions."
"This latest campaign allows Damas customers to purchase diamond jewellery at a competitive rate, proving that, while Visa can be used for everyday spending, it is also for those willing to consider special purchases. Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but with Visa everyone has the unique opportunity to enjoy them," he added.
Mr. Gougassian also brought to mind that this was not the first time Visa's diamond promotion has been launched in the Kingdom. "We were very pleased with the reception the campaign met with in 2007, and so it is our pleasure to once more collaborate with Damas and help customers bring more of the sparkle and splendour of diamonds into their lives."
Mr. Mutasim Al Bakhit, General Manager of Damas Jordan added, "Once again, we are grateful to partner with Visa in this campaign, especially since we value this partnership with Visa in the highest degree. Visa not only provides electronic payment solutions, it also promotes more convenient facilities for shoppers in the country, and boosts our national economy's performance. We encourage our customers to come and visit us in our showrooms in Amman, as we are providing Visa cardholders the chance to treat themselves to the exquisite diamonds offered at our outlets for half the price."
