Hyperlink and StepStone enter into a strategic partnership for a joint go-to-market in Middle East

Hyperlink is the Middle East's largest Oracle implementation, consultancy and integration Company and an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner.

Over 16,000 organisations, including many of the world's leading businesses, use StepStone's technology products and services to attract, retain and develop talent.

These products and services are hosted by StepStone and delivered on-demand through the internet so they are easy and cost effective to utilise, maintain and upgrade.

Under this partnership, StepStone and Hyperlink will promote the Human Capital Management ("HCM") also known as Talent Management, which is the ongoing process that organisations use to attract appropriately skilled and motivated employees ("talent"); integrate them into their organisations, assess and develop their competences and retain their commitment throughout the Middle East region.

This affiliation has come at the right time when companies feel the real need for analysing and retaining the right talent, which is facing the pressure from the Global Economic Slowdown.
