ETA Star's Al Manara at Business Bay in its last leg of construction

The 31-storeyed top class commercial tower development that is designed exclusively to reflect style and functionality.

The work on the structure is complete. Structural steel works are progressing. The block work and plastering are completed. 99% of the tiling work is complete. 25% of doors installation completed. 98% of pantry cabinet works completed. 73% of false ceiling grids completed.

The ongoing aluminum glazing work is progressing and is expected to be completed by end of April. The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works in the tower are progressing in tandem with the civil work. The electrical sub-station to the building is completed, and the necessary approvals from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) have been obtained.

Mr. Mohammed Ali, General Manager, ETA Star Properties said, "We are pleased and excited with the progress in construction of Al Manara. The development is ETA Star's first property in Business Bay area. The well-designed commercial tower have been conveniently planned to suit the needs of the modern day business environment and consists of recreational facilities consisting of a state-of-the-art health club, gym, sauna and temperature controlled swimming pool."

The project is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2009. The other salient features of Al Manara include a fully serviced business centre, conference auditorium facility and a leisure deck to unwind. The development provides ample car parks with business facilities planned within the complex.
