Held over April 5-7 at the Shangri La Resort in Muscat, the Oman program encompassed two days of strategy-focused training followed by one day of leadership.
Participants included management representatives from Bank Muscat, Bank Sohar, and Oman Arab Bank as well the Oman Ministry of Education.
Dr Bill Blake, professor of organizational behavior and associate dean of MBA programs at QSB, describes the program as being designed for individuals who already have a management role and seek to improve their operational skills.
"They learn how to work more effectively with other functional areas to drive change, use proven organisational development tools, and develop a culture for continuous improvement,"
he said.
"We are very encouraged by the response to the course in Oman, building on our established presence in the UAE."
