Bahrain Air sponsors a trip for UCO Parents care Center

Bahrain Air has embarked on a sequence of programs to spread smiles and show support to the elderly community during the celebrations of "Mothers Day - Family's Day".

Bahrain Air's PR Department and Dar UCO's Management organized a two day trip for 11 elderly, Dar UCO's General Manager Ms. Reema Shams, and supervisor of the center and reporters from Bahrain TV to visit Qatar.

The delegations were welcomed by Mr. Yousif Al Muftah, General Manager of the Qatari Foundation for the Elderly and his team with flowers.

Ms. Soha Al Borshaid said,

"The main purpose of this trip, is to contribute in the community and to show appreciation to the elderly and to celebrate the "Family Day" or "Mothers Day" together by flying them for a vacation. The initiatives are part of the airline's efforts to foster community welfare and team spirit among the volunteers and other members of the society."


Al Muftah toured with the delegations various sections of QFEP and briefed the visitors about the services that QFEP provided to its inmates.
Independent Arab and Islamic Museum, and the Qatari Red Crescent, and some tourist areas in the State of Qatar,

The visit is aimed to exchange experiences, and entertainment for the elderly, access to care services in the Gulf.
