Ajman Sewerage Company commences awareness campaign at Ajman City Centre

Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Ltd. will have an exhibition about the new sewerage system being built in the Emirate on display at Ajman City Centre on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 February.

Property owners and residents in the Emirate will be able to find out more details about the Dhs 515 million scheme that is now under construction. Building work was officially commenced by the Ruler of Ajman, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, this week.

The Ajman Sewerage scheme will bring a modern state of the art sewerage system to the Emirate for the first time. It will bring major environmental and economic benefits to the area and help encourage new development projects in the future.

Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Ltd. has four major shareholders - The Government of Ajman, Thames Water, Black & Veatch and Six Construct.

The scheme is one of the biggest construction projects ever undertaken in Ajman and includes building a new sewage treatment plant, 22 pumping stations and laying over 250 kilometres of pipeline.
