Ben Fawcett, Director and Founder, said "one of the most sensible themes coming across during the past two days has been that companies are ill-advised to simply automate their old processes. HR Departments need to ensure they are improving the value they add to the business, both in terms of practice and bottom line performance."

Fawcett went on to say; "CEO's today are rightly demanding improved performance, and measurable performance from their human resource functions.
