The event attracts regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and designers to showcase and witness the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design.

"RAK Properties' third in line participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi this year coincide with the tough times the real estate sector is passing through, nonetheless I am confident that the flexibility of the real estate sector and the strong economy of the UAE will soon reposition this sector in its previous unique position being the best choice for investors both locally and internationally." said Mohamed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO of RAK Properties.

"The downturns of real estate sector in some areas provide good investment opportunities for those smart investors who know how to pick the best amid crises. Selective investment is quite remarkable these days as most of the speculations and off plan trading have disappeared. Investors now focus on real tangible projects which most of them being carried out by national companies supported by the trust of investors." Al Qadi added.
