Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre wins award for excellence in hygiene

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has been awarded the Cristal Certificate of Achievement in recognition of its excellent standards of hygiene.
HACCP is a systematic approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. The system is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards.
The E-Cristal system programmes have been used in the international tourist industry since 1997. Recent years have seen it develop to cover every aspect of hotel safety and hygiene, providing properties such as Four Seasons Riyadh with an innovative software package which aids in controlling and managing such issues.
The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is the first and only property amid 35 hospitality and catering companies in Saudi Arabia to receive such a prestigious award, which reflects the employees' dedication to providing guests with the highest standards in food hygiene.

Check Safety First LTD, based in the UK, granted the Certificate of Achievement to the Hotel, with congratulations from Alan Zering, Board and Vice Chairman of Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa (EMMEA).
