ADIH showcases five investment projects at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Investment House ("ADIH") announced that it will participate with 5 investment real estate enterprises in Cityscape Exhibition, Abu Dhabi, to be held in April 19th, 2009, as ADIH consider Cityscape Exhibition as a unique opportunity to meet real estate entrepreneurs.
Mr. Janahi further confirmed that the House's stand, which is designed as per the highest standards, will occupy a large space in the exhibition ground. ADIH stand will be spacious and private in order to explain and present projects details to visitors and persons seeking distinctive investment opportunities in the presence of executive officers and projects managers.
Mr. Janahi also stated that ADIH is keen to sponsor and support events that promote investment in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, being unique destinations for investments in all economical sectors, where physical reality reflects great ability in managing and controlling the financial crises with a strong support by the prudent leadership.
Mr. Janahi stated that ADIH intends to introduce billions-of-dollars projects, the latest and largest of which is "Porta Moda", multi-use real estate development that will attract international brand names in the style, design of fashion and jewelry. This development project will be implemented in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Morocco, Tunisia and India. The project a fully integrated city that will feature a grand fashion district containing premium and luxury brands in the fashion, jewelry and interior design fields; an educational district containing institutions for the same, as well as museums and exhibition centers; as well as, a residential and a leisure district with town houses, studios, luxury villas, cafes, restaurants and renowned boutique hotels and spas.
