The projects on display will be: Tameer Towers, located in Shams, Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island; Princess Tower and Elite Residence, both situated in the Dubai Marina precinct; Imperial Residence in Jumeirah Village; Madinat Al Majd in Amman, Jordan, and the Platinum and Silver Tower projects at Business Bay.
Speaking of the company's participation, Tameer CEO, Ghassan Sakhnini said:
"We are looking forward to our participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, as we see this as an opportunity for Tameer to reconfirm its presence in the market, and to provide the public with up-to-date information on our current projects, and on the progress we are achieving."
"In this challenging economic climate, Tameer is committed to the delivery of our projects, and to finding the best practical solutions to suit our clients and investors. There are a number of positive signs and new market developments that indicate that the market will recover soon, and we are confident that new opportunities will arise," Sakhnini added.
Construction is progressing well on Tameer projects. Ground was broken recently for Platinum Towers in Dubai's Business Bay, while the Palace Towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis is nearing completion, and construction on the Elite Residence in Dubai Marina has reached the 15th level.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi is a real estate investment and development showcase, and the 2009 event will bring together regional and international investors, innovative real estate developers, government authorities and other key stakeholders to discuss current market challenges and develop cutting-edge strategies.
