QRCE organizes the 5th Annual Conference on Technology Commercialization focusing on Systematic Innovation in Business and Technology

The Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship is organizing the Fifth Annual Conference on Technology Commercialization, that will take place on May 5th, 2009 at El Hassan Science City, which will be part of the 14th Jordan Scientific Week (May 3rd - 6th, 2009).
The fifth conference will focus on how to generate patents through systematic innovation in technology and business domains; it will highlight an approach in systematic innovation known as TRIZ (Theory of Solving Inventive Problems), which has been recognized as a mean of generating considerable impact of innovations worldwide -especially by leading companies which apply it to solve both problems and produce concepts of new products and services based on more than 50 years of scientific studies.
Also, TRIZ is considered as a tool that drastically accelerates innovation process by offering tools and techniques for systematic situation analysis, problem solving and new ideas development by combining system thinking and creativity.
During the opening session, a keynote speech by Mr. Valeri Souchkov -the co-founder of The European TRIZ Association and the owner of ICG Training & Consulting based in Netherlands- will highlight on TRIZ knowledge in a structured way to solve existing problems and develop innovative products and technologies.
The opening will be followed by two technical sessions, one for innovation in engineering and technology and another one for business and management innovation.
Within the conference, the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship will announce the launching of "TRIZmatic"; the specialized Institute for Systematic Innovation, which will focus on companies in the MENA region which are welling to increase their competitiveness in the global economy by innovating in their products, services, business models, systems and processes.
In coinciding with the conference, TRIZmatic will conduct a special 3-day public training workshop about TRIZ-based systematic innovation in business and management.
