Concreting commences at Burooj Properties' Al Ghurm Garden Villas

Located on Abu Dhabi Island close to Al Bateen Airport and Sheikh Khalifa Public Park, the 80-villa Al Ghurm Garden project spans a built area of over 285,000 square feet, with each villa occupying 4,124 square feet.

The project features impressive architecture, beautiful landscaping with expansive green areas and multiple recreation facilities including a gym and health club, swimming pool, playground, as well as 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring.

Work on Al Ghurm Garden Villas commenced last January and project is expected to be delivered to buyers by December this year.
