Several of the visitors expressed their appreciation of the programs offered by the university as being highly relevant in view of the present ongoing economic crisis due to its close ties to the Al Ghurair group, which eases the transmission of the theory to the practice and vice versa.
The university believes in continuous improvement of education, and creates a conducive environment among students of various nationalities.
Commenting on AGU's participation at Getex, Professor Dr Abduraheem Mohammed Al Ameen, President of the University, said:
"We at Al Ghurair University are happy to say that Getex was yet again a remarkable event not to be missed. We were able to present our market specific educational programmes to potential students from the region and beyond. What is of great significance is that it attracted an interesting mix of students from various nationalities who were able to meet representatives and students of the University face to examine in detail the array of options available. Especially in view of the present crisis our courses are geared to equip our students with the necessary skills to find jobs in emerging sectors of the market."
