Since that time, Hyder has continued to work closely with government departments and has been an integral part of developing the infrastructure of Abu Dhabi.
Hyder's Managing Director of Property, Mario Pishiri, said that he was delighted that Hyder had such a close relationship with Abu Dhabi.
Pishiri said:
"As Abu Dhabi has developed, Hyder has also developed as a company - and from our early days providing sewerage services to the Abu Dhabi Municipality we now offer a wide variety of multi-disciplinary services."
At CityScape Abu Dhabi, Hyder will be unveiling its new strategic alliance with Dubai-based architectural firm Holford Associates - a move that enables Hyder to deliver a wholly integrated service to its clients.
Pishiri added, "With Holfords we can offer a comprehensive service to our clients and we look forward to our continuing growth as Abu Dhabi strives to realise the vision for the Emirate outlined in its 2030 plans."
Hyder Consulting has worked on a number of iconic projects across the UAE including the Mall of the Emirates, the Burj Dubai, Sky and Sun Towers on Reem Island and the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
