The exhibition, is held in halls 5, 6, and 7, will be open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM during the three days of the event.
'The overwhelming response to the exhibition strengthens Dubai's role as a regional gateway, re-exporting goods from around the world to the neighbouring markets such as Iran, GCC, as well as the countries of the Indian subcontinent, the CIS, East Africa and beyond,' said DWTC Director General, Mubarak bin Fahad. Exhibitors taking part in the exhibition are utilizing the opportunity to broaden their businesses regionally and internationally.
More than 200 key players in the advertising, broadcasting, cable & satellite, communications, entertainment, media, new media, music, publishing, production and post production, transmission and distribution houses are represented at the event.
Exhibitors from 25 countries are displaying their products at this year's edition of the exhibition including Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Running alongside the event will be a series of conferences organized by Gambate! Communications Consultants that will complement the exhibition by offering media professionals a chance to explore the wide-ranging aspects of their field. This year, the exhibition will feature an enhanced product profile in 2003. GEMEX is organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre with the support of International Conferences & Exhibitions (IC&E).
