A training program for Emarat employees discussing the objectives of teamwork

The employees of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation "Emarat" participated in a unique training program bearing the title of "Promises... Promises".
Dr. Mohammed Bou Qifel, Head of Occupational Development at Emarat, that the Corporation is always working on developing its employees' skills and their practical capacities as they are considered one of the critical foundations of the Corporation's success.
As such, Emarat continues in organizing activities, events and training programs in accordance with its employees' fields. Emarat recognizes that the work market in today's world requires staff equipped with high levels of capacity, skills and different capabilities.
Dr. Bou Qifel further clarified that the training program "Promises ... Promises" focused on building working teams in different corporations and the importance of their harmony, flexibility and effective communication in order to achieve goals, learn from mistakes, face failures and to accept positive criticism.
He also said that such teams could be built if the correct and complementary information sources could be procured in order to meet the needs of these teams and maintain a link that bonds these teams and the goals to be achieved.
