"This is a wonderful opportunity for the business community here in Dubai to hear once again from H.E. Dr Bin Sulaiman, one of the UAE's most prominent business leaders who has built the DIFC into one of the world's leading financial centres, and it is an honour for us once again to have him address our special forum. At the BBG we aim to promote dialogue at the highest level and we are committed to providing opportunities for our members to hear from distinguished leaders about their vision for the future."
"This BBG special forum event is further evidence of the strong links that exist between the UK business community and the UAE. Since the BBG was established 21 years ago, it has operated at the heart of the business community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates and we strive to bring high level speakers to our events for the benefit of our members. We have recently welcomed Lord Peter Mandelson, Alderman Ian Luder (the Lord Mayor of the City of London), H.E. Sheikha Lubna and Lord Digby Jones as speakers at our events."
Recently membership of the BBG has grown to 1450 members, making the BBG the largest business group in the region. The BBG operates a full calendar of over 80 events a year on behalf of its members, events which include monthly forums with key industry speakers; business focused lunches and dinners as well as breakfast briefings for industry specific groups.
