Our Loyalty terminal technology is the heart of the Loyalty / prepaid operations. Transaction records stored in the Terminal can be collected by Server software through normal TCP/IP network.

Avi Infosys also developed Joyalukkas Golden-Rewards portal (JAGR) which is a web based software application used to view the Loyalty transaction reports online for all members worldwide.

Joyalukkas had preferred iBonus Loyalty terminals and e-Rewards System for providing Bonus Points to all members doing purchase in their outlets, and those points can be redeemed with a purchase anytime within the card issued country provided with its corresponding currency amount. Members can easily access web reports for their balance points checking or cash enquiries. Loyalty managers can view the reports like reports on cards issued, reports on member status etc. Whereas Marketing Managers, Finance Managers and General Manger can view their role specific reports as per reporting requirements.

It's really easy to manage the whole system as it follows unattended rule. iBonus System harmonized the rapidity of fast deployment as required by client, and was ready to be deployed everywhere in 3-4 weeks time duration.

At Joyalukkas in all outlets, speed and downtime is the major factors which determine winning or losing. All cashiers may need to settle and update Bonus Points to all prestigious customers during final invoice settlement. iBonus System is providing obligatory rapidity to finish the dealings in record time. iBonus Terminals were used as Bonus System for Loyalty application. iBonus Terminals were robotically adding Bonus Points during each purchasing and all transaction logs are centrally captured in one central Database.

iBonus generic version has 95% of what this project required. Based on the core of journal database, card replacement, repair and renew and all other rugged software design needs, Technical Consultant team at Avi Infosys managed well to design and deploy the specification based on policies of Client in record time duration and deployed and finally implemented whole project successfully.
