The systems covered by the agreement's scope of work are located in 73 campus-wide structures of divergent purposes, including residential buildings, research incubators, a visitor center, a library, restaurants, shops, theatres, offices, a yacht club, a boat house, and the University's Center for Marine Oceanic Research.
Zamil CoolCare has expanded its range of services to reach beyond its considerable HVAC capacity and experience to encompass a broad range of mechanical and electrical systems commonly used in the commercial, industrial and residential facilities it serves.
Advanced training and practical experience have enabled Zamil CoolCare to build a client base which includes major regional firms and organizations that rely upon the company to engineer, repair and maintain their electrical controls and building management systems in addition to meeting their HVAC service needs.
