Car rental users say Hertz scores high in the UAE
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, March 06 - 2003 at 12:50
- PRESS RELEASE
An independent survey carried out on behalf of the company revealed that 98 per cent of customers experienced no mechanical problems with their cars, while 90.2 per cent praised vehicle cleanliness and 96.1 per cent commended Hertz staff courtesy.
"Listening to what our clients say is the best way to critically assess our performance," said Bob Farrow, general manager of Hertz UAE, which is part of Al-Futtaim Sons and operates 13 car rental branches across the country. "We're happy with the findings of the first survey, and will do these on a monthly basis to monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas where we can improve."
Hertz UAE has an ongoing policy of fleet expansion to ensure a wider range of new, low mileage vehicles. Cars like the recently introduced Lexus LS 430 are fully insured and undergo a 40-point quality check-up prior to rentals. Round-the-clock back up and support service is also provided.
