ADNH leads Abu Dhabi delegate to participate in the ITB Berlin Exhibition

Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) participates in the International Tourism Exchange (ITB) Exhibition from the 7 until 11 March 2003 at Berlin, Germany.
His Excellency, H. E. Khalifah Nasser Bin Huwaileel Al Mansoori, the Chairman at ADNH commented, "The ITB exhibition, Berlin, is known to be one of the most recognized international travel and tourism exhibitions in the world". He further mentioned, "ADNH has participated for the 15th time in the ITB exhibition and has always been distinguished for its impressive stall creatively designed in the shape of an archeological fort which represents the culture of the U.A.E.
His Excellency further continued, "The German exhibition, Berlin, is witnessing a huge function that represents the volume of the tourism industry around the world. This is a solid opportunity for global travel agencies and organizations to initiate and maintain fruitful relationships". He concluded that through its participation, ADNH aims at showing the remarkable efforts it has achieved in order to develop the travel and tourism Industry being witnessed by Abu Dhabi as well as the U.A.E.
Mr. Peter Cardinal, Director General, ADNH said, "The importance of these participations in International Exhibitions is solely due to the specialization and focus it has to the travel and tourism industry." He stressed on the importance of ITB Berlin, which attracts local German tourism companies, participants, around 181 countries including 10136 exhibitors from around the world'.
Mr. Ali Hosani, the Manager of the Tourism Division of Sunshine Tours, ADNH, added that ITB gives us a chance to show the advantages of the travel and tourism industry in the U.A.E, and highlight the global standards that it represents. He further said,"Our objective behind the participation in International exhibitions is to attract the tourists from the country of the exhibition or from other states represented by other exhibitors. We also invite International tourism companies from around the world to incorporate U.A.E and position it as an exclusive destination for travelers and holiday makers". Mr. Ali concluded that Germany is considered to be one of the most strategic markets for U.A.E specially since this European country exports the largest groups of tourists from Europe.
