The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) made a detailed and exhaustive presentation of the emirate's facilities and infrastructure in the International Conferences and Incentive Exhibition 2003 (CONFEX) in London, recently.
DTCM Manager Overseas Promotions, Ibrahim Ahli said that the participation of DTCM in this specialised event indicates the seriousness of Dubai to become the most sought after venue for conferences and exhibitions. Similarly the number of UK tour operators featuring Dubai in their itinerary has also increased by 12.34 per cent in the year 2001 compared to 2000".
