Triburg selects Exactus to enhance logistics technology

With the help of Exactus 'Aware' Supply chain execution solutions, Triburg plans to expand operations to drive overall growth, improve performance and boost customer service levels.

To enhance its rapid growth, Triburg began a search for a state of the art integrated 3PL Logistics solution and looked at a number of Logistics software systems on the market and contacting several vendors - including BSG.

Early into the evaluation process it became clear that Exactus 'Aware was the obvious choice, as the product had a superior logic that would help manage 3PL related processes including a very powerful billing module, a very intuitive and user-friendly interface and most importantly a single integrated platform for Warehousing, Freight, Finance and Transport Management.

In addition the solution offers regional compliance such as a comprehensive JAFZA documentation module, E-Mirsal 2 integration and other out-of-the box solutions.

Triburg will leverage Aware's directed, optimized processes for all inbound and outbound activities, such as receiving, put-away, picking and shipping at its large Warehousing facility in JAFZA. In addition to the Core WMS, Triburg will implement its secured web-based Aware Trading Partner Management module that extends the supply chain capabilities to trading partners by allowing them to share key business information.

Aware Mobile, an RF-based solution is implemented to push current levels of accuracy for picking and truck loading even higher. Triburg has several regional and multi-national customers and hence they needed a flexible billing solution to simplify its complex and unique customer contracts.

By implementing Aware WMS, Triburg will look to improve its billing accuracy and increase customer service levels. This solution will allow Triburg to pull real-time data from its warehouse management systems, cutting time spent on transactions and protecting profitability. The Aware Freight Management System will address all the requirements of multi-modal (air, sea, road and rail) freight operations related to import, export and trans-shipment as well as road transport pickup and dispatch operations and finally the Aware Finance module will assist Triburg streamline its financial and human resource management processes across the enterprise.
