  • United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, April 28 - 2009 at 09:59
  • PRESS RELEASE

Silver Air, the leading UAE based airline specializing in ACMI operations, has attained ISO9001 certification for its airline operations.

ISO9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality, and companies across the world have strived to be awarded this seal of approval.

Nabil Mustafa, Director of Quality Assurance at Silver Air said, "This is the result of months of painstaking work, and it is great to see our standards recognized by an external assessor. We take quality very seriously - it is one of the key drivers of the Silver Air team - and we are delighted that we can now wear our accreditation as yet another of our badges of honour."

Steffen Harpoth, CEO at Silver Air said, "Once again, Silver Air leads the pack. We are confident that our customers will have few surprises when they see that we have this certification, since it reflects our corporate credo of 'quality in all that we do' - and it moves us still further ahead of our competitors. As we grow and add more aircraft in the months ahead, and establish ourselves more and more as the first choice supplier of reliable ACMI services for airlines throughout the Middle East, we look forward to showing new customers just what our ISO9001 certification will mean to them."
