The intensive seminar is aimed at managers, decision makers and business executives to get an insight of how the current global economic situation should be approached from a business perspective.
"With the current financial market in a downturn, now more than ever it is imperative that professionals exchange views and learn about best practice and how peers deal with the challenges,"
said Nick van der Walt, Academic Dean at Hult International Business School.
Each of the two days has four high level lectures by renowned professors and specialists in their field, followed by a syndicated exercise each day and networking time. Participants will also receive a certificate at the end of the seminar.
"It is a marvelous idea to focus business leaders on the operational and talent management implications of the current recession and coming recovery," said Dr. Michael Wagemans, Professor of Management, Ph.D., London School of Economics one of the professors lecturing during the event.
Hult, a top ranked global business school, is the first US academic institute to be licensed in the UAE and its MBA program is recognized as world class. Formerly the Arthur D. Little School of Management, Hult has long been recognized as a provider of quality higher education.
The school's diversity in delivering an international education for a global career is recognized in the 2009 Financial Times business school rankings, placing Hult sixth in the world for International Mobility.
