Better Life and Dulux launch evening promotions; store opening celebrations at The Walk

On Thursday, 30 April 2009, entertainers and displays will be on show outside the Better Life and Dulux Decorator Centre showrooms between 19:00 - 21:00.

Painting competitions for the kids and children's entertainment will bring The Walk to life; while inside the stores experts will be on hand to provide advice on the international range of products, with exciting offers in-store.

Exclusive competitions will also take place, with a chance to win thousands of Dirhams of discounts, and to have a room of your choice designed and decorated by Dulux experts.

"The Walk is fast-becoming THE place to live, shop and play in Dubai," said Ajai Dayal, General Manager, Retail and Marketing, Easa Saleh Al Gurg - owners of Al Gurg Paint (AGP) and Better Life.

"Buyers have been visiting us from the Springs, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeriah Islands, and Jumeriah Lake Towers, highlighting the attraction of The Walk. Our showrooms have been stocked with the latest products needed to bring a new apartment or villa to life and provide an individual style," he said.

Dulux colour consultants will offer colour guidance on the colour of the year, how to make the most of a feature wall, and obtain a complete new look without re-decorating the entire house. Better Life consultants will be able to help customers devise their own ultra-modern, intelligent kitchen areas.

The Better Life store holds a variety of appliances from its entire brand portfolio which includes Siemens, Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, Zanussi and Terim, LCD panels and others and other home entertainment products from Grundig, Germany as well as smaller home and cook ware items from the Jamie Oliver and Lagostina ranges.
