Hertz UAE puts car rental users in the picture
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, March 10 - 2003 at 16:47
- PRESS RELEASE
Car rental users worried they could face bills for damage to vehicles caused by previous customers will welcome a new move by Hertz UAE to protect them.
"Apart from making vehicle check out much easier, the new procedure will also sustain a relationship of mutual trust between us and our clients," said Nitin Sapre, sales and marketing manager for Al- Futtaim Sons, the Hertz franchisee for the UAE. "This is part of our commitment to provide the best, and fairest, car rental services in the market."
The new initiative will be first introduced in four out of 13 Hertz branches throughout the UAE, including the branches on the Airport Road in Dubai, at Dubai International Airport, at Jebel Ali Free Zone, and on Al Falah Street in Abu Dhabi.
Hertz UAE recently put its customer-facing staff through an intensive service training programme to help employees deal with challenging situations, boost their understanding of customers' perspectives and expectations, and strengthen their rapport building principles and questioning and listening techniques.
