The official operation of Rayaheen Baghdad was announced with the opening of its first specialized commercial vehicles service center located at Jurf Al Naddaf area, south east of Baghdad.
The workshop utilizes state-of-the-art technology and coincides with the highest international standards adopted by Daimler through advanced machinery and equipment, spare parts warehouses, and modern service reception offices and waiting areas.
Iraqi technicians and engineers attended a series of intensive training courses at the TGF Training Center in Amman - Jordan, regarded as the region's first specialized automotive training centre of its kind.
Training courses were divided into practical and theoretical sessions and were conducted by local Jordanian trainers who continuously keep the Iraqi operation updated with the latest automotive advancements and product updates.
The Iraqi operation is also connected with T.Gargour & Fils main server in Amman via Autoline, one of the latest and most advanced automotive systems in the world. This will ensure that sales, service, parts, IT and accounting operations are all connected in one progressive module, as well as allowing proper monitoring and control of all business activities whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service around the clock.
