According to Al-Saif's General Manager Alan Whaley, increased interest amongst Saudi car lovers in Jaguar's XK sports car range has driven sales dramatically.
"The Jaguar XK becomes the star of the show when it's on the road, and we've had people walking through our doors with their minds made up. They want the Jaguar XK. When they discover how affordable the car is, that simply is the decision maker for them as far as we're concerned."
The fastest selling car in over the past three months has been Jaguar's XF, which combines sports car styling and performance with the refinement, features, and space of a luxury saloon.
Land Rover's various models such as the Range Rover Sport, LR3, and LR2 models are also in demand, states Mr. Whaley, especially for younger Saudis looking for excellent performance with a modern look.
"The average age of a Land Rover owner is dropping, and that's only good for us long term as we build a new audience and a younger fan base in the Kingdom."
Al-Saif's emphasis on customer service is also paying dividends, with more referrals and repeat buys form existing customers.
"We are now realizing the benefits of the investments that we have made in our Aftersales Service Facilities and Quick Service Operations. That, along with Jaguar's and Land Rover's reputation for reliability means that our customer service record has never been better,"
added Mr. Whaley.
