German language version of Destination Dubai 2003 launched at ITB

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), launched the 2003 edition of German language version of Destination Dubai, an exhaustive trade manual for the travel professional at the Dubai stand at International Tourism Exchange in Berlin, Germany yesterday.
The 2003 edition has been produced on glossy art paper with perfect binding and sports a new look with a change in layout and design.
Destination Dubai covers all essential data on travel and tourism in the emirate, including information on airlines, sightseeing, tours, safaris, sports facilities, shopping, dining, entertainment and hotels.
In addition, there is a section which details important aspects of travel to Dubai including information on the region's history, culture, population, visa and customs regulations, health requirements, climate, clothing and lifestyle.
DTCM has also updated many sections of the magazine, which include involvement of the DTCM in promoting and developing tourism of Dubai world-wide.
The tourism directory of this manual has been updated and provides a list of essential services with phone, fax and box numbers.
