Sukoon Tower completion of Core Area

Construction on site of Sukoon tower has recently taken a leap forward as the developers announced completion of a major milestone in the Core Wall Area of the Project.
Sukoon Tower; a forty-five floor luxury residential tower project in Juffair consisting of 592 apartments and 740 car parking spaces is being developed by Tashyeed Properties Company. The news of the current achievement marks the end of a very crucial and sensitive stage that is significant to the support of the entire substructure of the building.
"We have completed concreting of the core wall area; this included a massive volume of concreting and steel works and with the support of our dedicated team we have managed to concrete over 2400 m3 of concrete a day, a record volume for Bahrain, with the total volume of concrete over a period of 36 hours more than 3000m3 and steel consumption of over 600MT," said Mr. Redha Rajab CEO and Managing Director of Tashyeed Properties.
"This is a critical milestone for the project, and as the tower continues to rise higher from here, we have taken all the steps needed to ensure the highest standard of quality and care being put into the project," he added.
The property consists of a vast area of landscaped gardens and well designed water features, that bring the outdoors into the tower and provide its residents ample avenues to enjoy a breath of fresh air.
A complete floor space of over 4,800 square meters, conveniently situated on top of the car park floors is aesthetically designed with outdoor and indoor recreational facilities.
The floor consists of a large swimming pool, kids' pool, outdoor and indoor cafes, multi-purpose hall and walkways. In addition to this, the Tower will also have a modern health club facility with indoor swimming pool, helipad on the roof, etc.
