Leasing areas in 7 zones attract big international construction brands

Al Mazaya Holding has signed contracts with a number of companies to lease the available areas at its 7 Zones project, which is 100% complete and will be launched in August this year, with the grand opening to follow in October.

A marketing team was employed by Al Mazaya Holding to manage the marketing and promotional campaigns for the project, including a wide-ranging promotional campaign that accompanied the leasing contracts, and that will garner marketing returns for the leasers, even before the official launch of the project.

Al Mazaya has also announced the launch of 7 Zones' Warehouses, comprising 50 warehouses ranging in size from 68 to 743 square meters. 7 Zones Warehouses offers complete, easily accessible shipping, security and storage services for companies and individuals, with reasonable prices and discounts for larger areas and longer periods.

7 Zones is seeing increased attention from numerous international brand names, due to its strategic location in the Al Shuwaikh Industrial area, and the high quality services it provides. All products available at 7 Zones are carefully chosen to maintain high quality standards that satisfy both clients and leasers.

Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Managing Director and CEO of Al Mazaya Holding, said of the project:

Al Mazaya has appointed Jason Walters as General Manager for the 7 Zones project. Walters has extensive experience in managing shopping complexes, and will be invaluable in making 7 Zones a unique project that attracts the biggest international brand names in the field of construction.

Speaking of his appointment, Walters said: "It is a great honour for me to have been appointed to manage the 7 Zones project in Kuwait, and I will do my best to ensure that the project is a success that spreads all across the region".

"We have put in place an action plan that will keep the project 'fresh' all year long, and we have made sure that the plan covers all details, large and small, including around-the-clock internet and security services, cleaning services, etc."

The 22,500 square meter 7 Zones project is located in Al Shuwaikh Industrial Area, one of the most popular areas in Kuwait due to its close proximity to the country's capital, Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade Zone.

Al Mazaya conceived of the project to fill a perceived gap in the sector for a single site that offers full services and amenities, from a parking garage to the largest possible collection of construction materials, contractors, offices, galleries and stores. The project also has a special department for décor and interior design, as well as offices for contractors and consultants, allowing them to service their target markets.
