Speaking of his appointment, Walters said: "It is a great honour for me to have been appointed to manage the 7 Zones project in Kuwait, and I will do my best to ensure that the project is a success that spreads all across the region".

The 22,500 square meter 7 Zones project is located in Al Shuwaikh Industrial Area, one of the most popular areas in Kuwait due to its close proximity to the country's capital, Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade Zone.
Al Mazaya conceived of the project to fill a perceived gap in the sector for a single site that offers full services and amenities, from a parking garage to the largest possible collection of construction materials, contractors, offices, galleries and stores. The project also has a special department for décor and interior design, as well as offices for contractors and consultants, allowing them to service their target markets.
