Batelco's top 25 Government customers were in attendance at the event which was designed especially to address their specific issues and concerns and also to present Batelco's latest products and services.
Batelco Bahrain Chief Executive Officer Gert Rieder welcomed the invited guests and confirmed his full support to ensure that relevant products and services are available for their organisations. Also in attendance were members of Batelco's Enterprise Division management team, including product managers and government account managers.
During the day, the invited customers had the opportunity to discuss any of their particular requirements with the relevant product managers in one-to-one sessions.
General Manager Enterprise and Government Business Dr. Abdulla Althawadi said that his team was very pleased to have the opportunity to meet with their key government customers. "The Forum was a very successful initiative for us and our customers. We have received very positive feedback and gained many insights into how we can address the needs and requirements of our customers better."
