Members of the Elite Chaîne des Rôtisseurs gather at Kempinski Hotel Ajman

Kempinski Hotel Ajman was delighted and privileged to welcome Dubai and Northern Emirates based members of the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs to an extraordinary and uniquely-themed dining experience on Friday 24 April.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs members were treated to an evening of exquisite gourmet fare with an asparagus themed 7-course menu created and presented by Head Chef Winfried Helmetag and the team from Kempinski Hotel Ajman.
The appreciation was given by Dubai member Cromar Collie, and the evening concluded with members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and their guests giving the Kempinski Hotel Ajman kitchen and service staff a standing ovation.
Established in Paris in 1248 and re-established in 1950, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs brings together professional members (such as chefs, restaurant and hotel owners and managers) and non-professional members from around the world, who are devotees' of outstanding epicurean delights and fine dining.
