This year, it was the only Jordanian real estate developer to showcase its four real estate projects in cooperation with Cornerstone, its sales agent for Madaen Al Shourouq and Madaen Al Aqaba.
The exhibition was an opportunity for Madaen Al Nour to showcase its projects, alongside being a platform for visitors to interact with the exhibit. Visits were made by Jordanian and Middle Eastern officials, alongside Jordanians currently residing in the U.A.E, along with others who are interested in investing in Jordan and real estate in particular.
Madaen Al Nour projects and substantial real estate portfolio spans diverse areas in Jordan, from developments that target different segments of Jordanian Society in Amman, King Abdullah Bin Abd Al-Aziz City as well as Aqaba.
Madaen Al Nour's current projects are Madaen Al Shorouq (residential complexes, offices and commercial buildings) in King Abdullah bin Abd Al-Aziz City, Madaen Al Abdali (mixed use tower and office building), Madaen Al Aqaba (luxury residential project) and Al Madaen Market (multipurpose commercial market in Aqaba).
Madaen Al Nour is also currently spearheading the development of over 2160 housing units in King Abdullah Bin Al Aziz City project, under the 'Decent Housing for Decent Living' Royal Initiative.
Mr. Imad Abu Tabanja, Director of Sales and Marketing for Madaen Al Nour Real Estate Investment and Development Co., remarked on Madaen Al Nour's participation at this year's exhibition:
"Cityscape Abu Dhabi is an exceptional platform for updating the public about Madaen Al Nour's real estate activities, not only on the regional level, but also on the international level as well. This year, in addition to showcasing our projects, we have also launched Al Madaen Market, (which will be a multipurpose commercial marketplace in the centre of Aqaba), which has been possible through our partnership with the Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC). With the economic conditions being witnessed by the world today, it is important that developers remain focused on market demand and use objective research to satisfy the end user's needs."
