Knowledge City Holding signs MoU with Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training

Knowledge City Holding (KCH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT), to work towards creating a joint-venture in the UAE.

The agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi by HE Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology and Dr. Abdul-Rahman Saleh Al-Muhailan, Chairman of Knowledge City Holding. The understanding will see KCH planning to set up operations at CERT Technology Park.

"KCH plans to provide training and recruitment services when it sets up operations at CERT," said Dr. Abdul-Rahman Saleh Al-Muhailan, Chairman of Knowledge City Holding. "We will work with CERT to explore ways of commercializing tools and expertise in information and communications technologies,"

"CERT looks forward to working with KCH," stated Dr Tayeb Kamali, Group Chief Executive of the CERT, "By working together we will create a synergy combining our expertise to provide new commercially-viable services."
