Bin Sulayem meets tourism officials from Brunei, Greece and Egypt

The Director General of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Mr. Khalid A bin Sulayem, held discussions with tourism officials from Brunei, Greece and Egypt and reviewed a wide range of issues, including ways of enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation in tourism domain.

In separate meetings held at the DTCM Head Office, he met Mr. Sheikh Jamaluddin bin Sheikh Mohammed, Director of Tourism, Brunei Darussalam and his accompanying team members, Ms. Nor Irrafidah biti Haji Ismail and Ms. Noriada Emela Binti Abdullah.

Mr. bin Sulayem held talks with Mr. Loannis Kofinis, President of Greek National Tourism Organization, and also Mr. Hisham Zazou, Undersecretary at the Egypt's Ministry of Tourism.

These officials were in Dubai to participate in the 16th edition of Arabian Travel Market (ATM) held under the auspices of DTCM from May 5 to 8.

Mr. bin Sulayem briefed the visitors about the growth and development of Dubai and its tourism industry and various initiatives launched by the DTCM to boost the contribution of tourism to the economy and number of visitors to the emirate.

They exchanged views about enhancing cooperation and expertise in the field of tourism and strengthening relations between Dubai and these countries.
