The fully-equipped center will provide customers in KSA with a comprehensive range of services including personalized consultations on new and existing HTC products, fast and efficient warranty repairs, and other valuable after-sales support like latest software (ROM) updates, internet and e-mail settings; and recommendations on the best suitable operator data package based on customer requirements.

"At HTC, we give the same level of importance to after-sales service as we give to product innovation and technology," said Vishnu Vardhan, Executive Director, HTC - MENA.

The opening of the HTC Care centre reaffirms our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our patrons, ensuring that they fully benefit from the performance and cutting-edge technology of HTC devices."

AL-Falah continued:
"HTC customers can be assured they will receive the best service and advice at the HTC Care Center. The center will feature an experience zone, giving customers the opportunity to view and have a hands-on experience on new devices and technologies. In addition, customers will be also able to purchase HTC accessories from the centre."
