EMAAR delivers new phase of Meadows on schedule

The homeowners and their families received a warm welcome from EMAAR officials, who presented them with the keys to their lavish homes and a unique lifestyle designed to cater to all their needs.

The completion of this stage of the five-phase project, which is located near the Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie Dubai, follows the realisation of phase 1(A), when 78 proud homeowners moved into their new homes in November last year. Construction on the project's remaining phases is currently underway and the next phase is expected to be ready for occupancy by end of July 2003.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohammed Al Falasi, Manager, Property Management, EMAAR Properties, said "This is a landmark day not just for those moving into their brand new homes at The Meadows, but also for EMAAR Properties. These sessions, which took place at The Montgomerie Dubai Clubhouse, allowed the homeowners an insight into a modern and technologically perfect ome with the latest in television entertainment, telephony, utility services and home maintenance services.

"The idea was to provide them with a 'look and feel' of their new homes and the lifestyle which awaits them at The Meadows while at the same time answer their queries," said Mr. Al Falasi. In addition, the company carried out an extensive inspection of each home to ensure that everything was in perfect running order.
