Rejana has started her career in hotel industry in 2003 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Purchasing Manager at the Sheraton Tirana Hotel & Towers, Albania where she joined the Six Sigma Community as a Green Belt in 2004 and lastly as a Complex Black Belt in 2007 at the Four points By Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road & Downtown in Dubai.
In her new role, Rejana will be in-charge of Six Sigma Department for both Sheraton Abu Dhabi and the soon to open aloft Abu Dhabi focusing mainly on lean quality initiatives and business process improvements.
Beside her professional interest in statistics and business analysis Rejana enjoys horseback riding and water sports.
