Staff at The Wave, Muscat take to the ocean

Aiming at promoting open communication across all levels amongst employees, The Wave, Muscat recently held a series of workshops for its staff.

These workshops were facilitated by the staff themselves enabling all levels of employees to take part and to present to their colleagues.

Following the workshops the entire team, together with the consultants and contractors, were taken out onto the water in order to view the progress on site, the marina and the breakwater from a completely different perspective.

Highlighting the importance of such workshops, Nick Smith, CEO, The Wave, Muscat said, "The Wave, Muscat strives to provide a caring, fun and rewarding workplace and having communication workshops like these gives everyone the opportunity to understand what each department is contributing to the development as a whole. Our goal is to bring together all the different sectors of the business into one cohesive team which will ensure the continued success of The Wave, Muscat."

Atkins, consultants at The Wave, Muscat, held a BBQ for all the staff which was a perfect end to a run of successful team-building and informative events. All proceeds from the BBQ will go to charity.

Construction at The Wave Muscat is well underway with over 800 homes now under construction in different phases which have already been launched. By the end of this year 300 properties would be complete.
