Amr Moussa, the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, said that the Arab World is yet to get over the current global financial crisis.
On results of the extraordinary meeting of the Arab Transport Ministers Council, Amr Moussa said that projects for inter-linking Arab states through roads and railway networks, which the Kuwait Economic Summit endorsed earlier this year, have been submitted to Middle East-based consultancy groups.
