Gulf Air and CrediMax tie up promotions

National carrier Gulf Air has once again joined hands with the Kingdom's first credit card issuer CrediMax to launch 'Offers that will make you smile' promotion offering a 10% discount for CrediMax credit card holders when they choose to travel with Gulf Air.

Gulf Air General Manager Bahrain Mr. Esam Al Hammadi and CrediMax Chief Executive Mohammed Malik signed an agreement launching the promotion.

From now on and until May 2010 all CrediMax credit card holders can avail the discount when they purchase tickets from Gulf Air's sales outlets in Bahrain - Manama, Sanad, Seef and Bahrain International Airport - to any of Gulf Air's network destinations using the CrediMax POS machines.

"Gulf Air is pleased to join hands with CrediMax in this promotion," says Mr. Al Hammadi. "It is a win-win combination for Gulf Air, the pioneering airline in the Middle East and CrediMax, the first and the leading credit card issuer in the Kingdom.

"The promotion comes at the right time of the year when large number of families travels together on holidays during summer vacation, who can take advantage of this offer.

"With Gulf Air flying to three more new tourist destinations this summer - Aleppo, Alexandria and Salalah - in addition to its 39 destinations, customers have a wider choice to choose from. "

Mohammed Malik, Chief Executive, CrediMax, said, "Travel is a key focus area for CrediMax, so it is a pleasure for us to tie up once again with Gulf Air for our campaign "Offers that will make you smile". We wanted to make certain that our cardholders get the best value fares, and can start their priceless trip with a hefty discount of 10% when they pay for their flights with their CrediMax card".

Under the promotion, customers can book any class of tickets on Gulf Air destinations - first, business or economy- to avail the discount. The offer is available only at Gulf Air outlets in Manama, Sanad, Seef and Bahrain International Airport.
