Bareface announces organizational restructure as the company expands

The restructuring, which will be effective this coming May involves new roles for senior management. Venetia Maunsell, former General Manager will assume the new role of Managing Director, and will be concentrating on continuing to expand the business.

In the long-planned organizational restructuring, the company also announced that Bareface's previous Head of Production and Photography, Georgina Hockley, will assume the role of General Manager while Ishani Pawar, previous Senior Producer at Bareface, will now become the Head of Production.

Elisa Galbraith, Lucy Huggins and Johnny Whyte, will continue to head the Model Management, Photographers and Locations divisions.

"Georgina and Ishani have both been with Bareface for over seven years. They know the company inside out and have both proven to be invaluable assets to Bareface, so this comes as a natural transition," commented Venetia Maunsell, former General Manager. "In their new roles as General Manager and Head of Production, I am confident that they will continue to significantly contribute to the success and growth of Bareface in the region."

Earlier this year, the company relocated to larger offices in Dubai Media City, and has also revamped its corporate identity and website as part of the new marketing drive that they have been undertaking.

As Managing Director, Venetia will now be focusing on handling strategic planning initiatives and expansion plans for the company.
