DNRD honored for constant efforts to provide top quality service and contribute to social development, says Ahmed Al Marri

During a ceremony organized by the DNRD external sector, Major-General Mohammad Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General of Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD), asserted that the success of DNRD in receiving so many awards is due to the ongoing efforts of department staff to provide the best services for customers and contribute to social development in Dubai.
The list of awards won by DNRD in the Government Excellence program includes the following: DNRD was ranked third in the 'customer satisfaction' category, third in the 'employee satisfaction' category. Major Mohammad al Hammadi was awarded in the category of 'Distinguished Government Employee' for his leadership and managerial capabilities and his volunteer work.
The DNRD Department of Finance also received a special honour for their efforts in increasing revenues and cutting down expenses.
Two other DNRD employees, Fatima Salem Balbeida and Ahmed Arhama Al Mansoori were acknowledged in the 'Unknown soldier' category for their exceptional performance, loyalty and support for customers.
