"The participation of Al Bustan Centre & Residence in this year's ATM was very successful as through the show we were able to attract new clients, develop greater business and successfully positioned the property as a preferred family destination. This year we launched a number of initiatives to drive more traffic to Al Bustan Centre & Residence. We also informed new clients about the services the property offers and received good response from potential clients."
He added though the furnished apartment sector has seen a significant drop they have been able to maintain good occupancy due to their attractive packages. As hotels in Dubai are still selling rooms at a higher price compared to them, it gives Al Bustan Centre & Residence an edge over them. "However, it is good to note that the region still has the highest disposable income per capita figures globally so we can promote tourism to regional travelers with our innovative packages."
Moussa pointed out that the property's growth in the long-run depends on regional sign-ups as it is looking to expand into the relatively untapped but potential Middle Eastern market.
"Thus ATM provided us the perfect platform to enhance awareness about our products. However, we feel that more needs to be done to build on this awareness and we are committed to go after it."
