wasl to enhance employees skills through series of customized training programmes

wasl today announced it has entered into a partnership with UAE-based ABAMI Consultancy and Training to provide its employees with a series of customized training programmes over a 100-day period.

The programmes will cover various aspects of customer service, communication, creative thinking and problem solving, social intelligence, intercultural awareness, as well as leadership and motivation. The training itinerary will also include a dedicated programme for graduates, aiming to mould them for appropriate positions within the organizations.
