Mr. Ibrahim Abdulla Al Hamer, Bahrain Air's Managing Director, said:

Bahrain Air's Director Corporate Planning and Commercial Operations, Mr. BK Majmudar stated, "Our presence had a remarkable outcome, where we sold 500 tickets only in three days, moreover the new business cooperation opportunities."

Abdulrahman Al Gaoud, Undersecretary of Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority, and others who spent some time with the Bahrain Air delegation, the guests were impressed with the Bahrain Air's Stand that was on display, and complimented Bahrain Air's team on the excellent design.
And to keep up the thrill of the unbeatable offer, Bahrain Air unveiled its new destinations to the public at the exhibition. Bahrain Air is looking for a foothold in Africa to operate to several countries on the continent. The operations in the coming weeks to Istanbul and Mumbai were announced in. By the end of October this year, Bahrain Air will also operate to Addis Abbaba, San'aa, Dhaca, Lahore, Karachi and Riyadh.
More than 9,500 people visited the Bahrain International Travel Expo (BITE 2009) on the first two days. The fifth edition of the show, being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, was opened by Magnum Holdings founder and group chairman Jamil Wafa.
